Hey there yall! We are Shawn and Samantha, and we are incredibly excited to bring our pizza to Smithville! We met in 2019 while employed at a pizza trailer in Austin, and between the two of us have been making pizza for 15 years. Needless to say, we both fell in love with making pizza. In 2025 the old captain was ready to give up the ship rather than invest in keeping it seaworthy, it looked like we were hanging up our pizza shirts for good. So we made the decision to leave Austin and open a new chapter here in Smithville. Then out of nowhere we discovered an opportunity to buy that very ship. After months of renovating, experiencing successes, pitfalls, and a rollercoaster of emotions that comes with eating an elephant, we finally made it and brought our ship back to life. Anyways, loooong story short, we are so excited to get to live our pizza dreams and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

In Loving Memory of Bill Goranflo
When we moved to Smithville we didn't have a lot of local friends. We had met Bill in our neighborhood and instantly he was sharing stories and treating us like we had known each other for years. When we bought the pizza trailer, it needed a proper space to work on and we hadn't yet discovered the scope of the project. Bill, while only having known us a short while, was quick to lend his workshop for us to work. Before we realized it he was lending his knowledge and helping us along the way, sharing his life stories with us but always trying to keep his long stories short. For 8 months we revived the pizza trailer and he was our guide and tried to keep things flowing smooth for us("LIKE BUTTAH!"), but more importantly he became our friend. Right at the finish line we lost Bill suddenly, and he never got to try our pizza, or see our dream alive. So we intend to cook every pizza like it's the first one we are cooking for Bill.
